At Anshu Gadget, we deal primarily in wholesale electronic gadgets and bulk orders. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, our refund policy is structured to ensure transparency and fairness for both buyers and sellers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In case of successful cancellation before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided in the following cases:
The product delivered is significantly different from the order placed.
The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
The order cannot be fulfilled by us due to stock unavailability.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if there is any issue with the order.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage caused by the customer.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
Minor variations in product appearance due to manufacturer updates.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
